The Founder of NextGen began his career as an analyst programmer. His journey took a remarkable turn when he joined Prudential, where he achieved significant success. Driven by an unwavering determination to become a leading figure in the insurance industry, he firmly believes that true leadership lies in developing people and guiding them to unlock their full potential.

The co-founder, who is also an MDRT member, is actively grooming associates within the team to achieve MDRT qualification. She envisions NextGen as a prominent organization made up of dynamic individuals who are driven to achieve their dreams and inspire others.

The co-founder who believes anyone can realize their dream if they believe. After working in MNC for several years, she found out that what she was pursuing does not lead to where she wanted. Being a leader in Prudential, she believes her success is defined by how many lives she has touched through growing & inspiring them to be a better version of themselves.

Eric Ng
The co-founder believes that personal pride is not defined by one’s birth. He constantly strives to improve himself rather than be bound by perfection. He chooses the path he believes is right for him, living in a way that is not influenced by those around him, but instead showing others how he chooses to live.

Martin Joseph
The co-founder comes from a highly sought-after career in the oil and gas industry. He made a decisive transition into the insurance sector 16 years ago, where he identified a promising opportunity to fully unleash his creative and leadership potential. Over the years, he has built an impressive track record, achieving multiple MDRT and COT qualifications even during the pandemic. He has also successfully groomed a team of MDRT achievers.

Dan Darby
The co-founder who was previously a civil servant who served the Malaysian government and later in the US Government. Joined Prudential as a PRUVenture Manager, he believes that the insurance industry gives opportunities to people either to get protected or to have a good career path.

Diana Kow
Our partner who as a PRUVenture Manager. She achieved an impressive high record holding in NextGen as a Million Dollar Agent and who constantly maintain her “Court of the Table” position yearly. She is a President Club qualifier and rank Top 5 in Prudential Malaysia. In 2024, promoted as an Unit Manager 1 and securing a Million Dollar Agency.
