The Founder of NextGen, initially embarked on his journey as an analyst programmer. He took a remarkable path to turn upon joining Prudential, where he achieved remarkable triumph. Driven by an unwavering determination to become a prominent figure in the insurance sector, he firmly believes that true leadership involves nurturing individuals and guiding them towards unlocking their utmost capabilities.

The co-founder who also a MDRT member herself and is actively grooming the associates in the team to become MDRT. She sees NextGen becoming a prominent organization comprising dynamic individuals who are driven to achieve their dreams and inspire lives.

The co-founder who believes anyone can realize their dream if they believe. After working in MNC for several years, she found out that what she was pursuing does not lead to where she wanted. Being a leader in Prudential, she believes her success is defined by how many lives she has touched through growing & inspiring them to be a better version of themselves.

The co-founder who has always believed that personal pride has nothing to do with one birth, hence he constantly tries to become better and not just bound to perfect. He chooses the path he thinks is right for him, to be a person that would not be influenced by those around him but show them how he wants to live.

The co-founder who coming from highly sought-after oil and gas career. He took a turn and steered into the insurance industry 16 years ago. He saw a propitious opportunity to unleash his creative talent in the assurance industry. Chalked up his achievement board with multiple MDRT qualifications & COT during time of pandemic & groomed a team of MDRT.

The co-founder who was previously a civil servant who served the Malaysian government and later in the US Government. Joined Prudential as a PRUVenture Manager, he believes that the insurance industry gives opportunities to people either to get protected or to have a good career path.

Diana Kow
Our partner who as a PRUVenture Manager. She achieved an impressive high record holding in NextGen as a Million Dollar Agent and who constantly maintain her “Court of the Table” position yearly. She is a President Club qualifier and rank Top 5 in Prudential Malaysia. In 2024, promoted as an Unit Manager 1 and securing a Million Dollar Agency.
